ABOUT PRESSURE

Pressure is Copenhagen’s home for low-end energy and raw UK sound. Each month, we bring in heavy selectors from across the spectrum: UK techno, jungle, breaks, garage, drum & bass, rave, and the in-between mutations. No filler, no gimmicks – just proper soundsystem pressure built for sweat, movement, and dark rooms.

LINE UP

• MWAH (følsom, øre snu, SUE SIX)

Mwah is a trio of percy diggers and bass lovers on a mission to create fun, safe, energetic and liberating dance floors. Consisting of local DJs øre snu, SUE SIX and Følsom, they have played numerous venues and events, such as Distortion, Jolene, Den Anden Side, STRØM and more. Joining forces in Mwah, the energy is only going up – expect a wobbly, bubbly, cheeky, funky, sexy selection of garage, UK funky, breaks, dembow and beyond.

• Blears

Blears, frontman of Decompression, is a local DJ and party-starter with roots in Manchester, has an ear for heavy-duty breaks and percussion. Having headed up some of Copenhagen’s more underground events in recent years, he now actualises his drum and bass worship through musical projects like Beat Symposium and Pressure.

ABOUT DECOMPRESSION

Pressure is a new monthly night at RUST Natklub, brought to you by Decompression – Copenhagen’s own collective known for delivering heavy sound and harder music to warehouse spaces across the city. Active for the past few years, as well as Beat Symposium, they’ve made a name for themselves with fast, hard-hitting breaks and uncompromising energy. Now, they bring that same intensity to the club with Pressure – a focused, no-frills session built for the dancefloor.
